TAILORBED provides its sleeping products with a full guarantee of up to 25 years. In addition, it offers discounts for replacing products, after the end of the warranty period, up to 40 years after the date of purchase.
Example 1: "Oassi" bed frame of a quadruple sleeping system
On the wooden frame: 25 years full warranty. From 26 to 40 years from the date of purchase, a 25% discount is provided on the purchase of a new mattress.
Example 2: "Piyma" mattress
8 years full warranty. From 9 to 25 years from the date of purchase, a 25% discount is provided on the purchase of a new mattress. In the event that the Piyma mattress is part of the quadruple sleeping system, the full warranty is 10 years.
Note: The quad sleep system consists of the Oassi, Piyma, Hara and Agalia products.

In more detail and under the condition of proper use and maintenance of the products in accordance with TAILORBED's instructions, the warranty covers the following cases:
TAILORBED mattresses:

Local or widespread subsidence of the contents of more than 2 cm, measured when the mattress is in a flat position and placed on a base consisting of bed slats spaced 5-7 cm apart.

Depolymerization of the natural latex, despite its placement on a base consisting of boards spaced 5-7 cm apart, which ensures its proper ventilation. The warranty is not valid in case of direct exposure of the mattress to solar radiation without the use of a protective cover.
TAILORBED mattress topers:

Local or extensive subsidence of the contents of more than 2 cm, provided that it is in a flat position and placed on a mattress or bedding that is in good condition and its properties have not been altered.

Depolymerization of natural latex due to causes other than insufficient ventilation or direct exposure to sunlight without the use of a protective cover.
TAILORBED bed frames:

Fracture on the wooden frame, due to the nature of the wood (pink etc.).

Local or extensive recession of the contents more than 2 cm.

Depolymerization of natural latex despite proper ventilation and adequate protection from direct exposure to solar radiation.
TAILORBED's warranty does not cover cases not listed above.
Some cases that are not covered by the warranty are presented as examples:

Products used in hotels, guesthouses or institutions, except Taxidi and Exochi mattresses.

Products sold at a reduced price, exhibition samples, used products or products given for sampling.

Products (mattresses and toppers) that have visible signs of depolymerization only at the corners of the natural latex layers.

In the event that only one part of the sleeping system is defective (e.g. only the mattress), the warranty does not cover replacement of all parts of the sleeping system, as long as they are not defective.

Local subsidence of materials, up to 2 cm.

Defects from bad or inappropriate use of the products, such as stains on fabrics and damage from the use of cleaning liquids in combination with water.

Minor differences in material properties that may occur over time and are not listed above. Due to the use of completely natural materials, small differences may occur, which are considered normal, do not constitute a defect of the product and do not affect its ability to provide support to the body.

Damage caused to the mattress by using an inappropriate bed frame.
[ TAILORBED mattresses, if they are not placed on a bed frame of corresponding dimensions, must be placed on a suitable bed frame. Bed frames consisting of straight, stable bed slats (wooden or metal) more than 2 cm thick, spaced 5 to 7 cm apart are suitable. For mattresses greater than 120 cm wide, it is recommended that the stable bed slats be supported by a central beam support (crossbar). Thick fabrics or plastic protectors should not be placed between the mattress and the bed slats. ]
This warranty is subject to the provisions, regulations and limitations of the legislation in force in Greece.
